Our fictional ecommerce company, GreenEarthShop.com, has been around for a few years now. We’ve got a decent selection of products, but our online presence is pretty lackluster.
- We have a small social media following with most followers being inactive for months at a time.
- Our email list is practically empty except for the occasional spam reply.
- Our website isn’t optimized for mobile devices and has a lot of technical issues that keep customers away.
