Refund Policy (Digital Products)
Sellingit.org sells downloadable digital goods (primarily WordPress plugin ZIP files). Because these products can be downloaded and copied immediately after purchase, refunds and returns are not permitted once payment is completed and delivery is available.
No returns on digital downloads
- Change of mind after purchase or download
- Purchase of the wrong product when the product page description was accurate
- Incompatibility with a highly customized theme/plugin stack outside normal WordPress use
- Issues caused by modified, nulled, or redistributed copies
Billing or delivery failures only
We may reverse a charge only when there is a store-side billing or delivery failure, for example:
- You were charged more than once for the same order because of a checkout error
- You cannot download the file after payment due to a delivery failure we cannot resolve
Those are not product returns. Contact us via the Support page with your order number / transaction ID if this applies.
