Changes in 1.1:
- 5-second connection timeout
- 10-second total request timeout
- Forces IPv4 for CDN downloads to avoid broken IPv6 hangs
- Failed hosts are marked FAILED and the scan continues
- Failure rows include the CDN hostname and exact WordPress/cURL error
- Original CDN URL remains active unless a local copy succeeds
- Retry remains available per failed asset
