WP CSS Conflict Detector

Frontend CSS cascade inspector for WordPress administrators.
Usage:
1. Activate the plugin.
2. Visit the frontend while logged in as an administrator.
3. Click "CSS Conflicts" in the admin bar.
4. Hover an element to highlight it.
5. Click the element.
For each property with multiple matching declarations it shows:
- Winning declaration
- Overridden declarations
- Selector
- Value
- !important status
- Specificity score
- Source stylesheet
- Source order
Includes search/filtering inside the conflict panel.
The inspector reads accessible CSSOM rules in the browser. Browser security may prevent reading rules from cross-origin stylesheets that do not permit CSSOM access.
