Installation
1. Upload and activate the plugin.
2. Open Tools > SQLite Failover.
3. Click Create Snapshot Now.
4. Confirm Failover drop-in shows INSTALLED.
Behavior
Normal condition: MySQL/MariaDB works and WordPress runs normally.
Database outage: public GET/HEAD requests are served from the latest SQLite snapshot.
